We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Administrative Assistant to support our client's accounting team. *Must be able to work in-office 7AM-3:30PM.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
- Data entry, document management, and report generation.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Assist with dispatching
- Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in AP/AR or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software Sage 300 is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
