Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best practices for Total Rewards policies and procedures for 3,000 employees.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify budgeting needs based on claims, market trends, and headcount forecasts, advising leadership and finance teams on accrual methods.
- Manage due diligence for mergers & acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration of benefits programs.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of new benefits vendors, including retirement plan TPAs, PBMs, wellness incentives, financial advisors, and benefit brokers.
- Compile and present monthly and quarterly health and wellness reports for the Executive Committee.
- Design and implement initiatives to support employee well-being.
- Perform ongoing analysis and make strategic modifications to benefit policies to enhance competitiveness while managing costs.
- Lead Total Rewards communications, including the creation and distribution of a bi-weekly company newsletter.
Requirements:
- Experience in benefits administration within a large company setting, preferably with some managerial experience.
- Self-funded insurance experience is required, with a strong understanding of plan management and cost-containment strategies.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing 401(k) plans and conducting cost analyses.
- Proven ability to think strategically and innovatively to enhance benefits offerings.
- Ability to adapt to constant change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience with HRIS systems (such as UKG) and working with benefits brokers is preferred.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions and benefits integration is a plus.
- Familiarity with compensation practices, such as salary survey data analysis, is a plus.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
