This person will be instrumental in administering a wide range of employee benefit programs, supporting a workforce of approximately 600 employees. Responsibilities:
- Administer health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement benefit programs.
- Coordinate open enrollment and ensure timely communication and support for employees.
- Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately in HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefit-related regulations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee benefits questions and support.
- Partner with external vendors and insurance carriers to resolve claims and service issues.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with audits and regulatory reporting.
- Provide analysis on benefit trends and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in benefits administration or human resources, with bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of health insurance, retirement plans, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience using Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
Salary : $30 - $33
