Our client is seeking a talented Business Analyst for their Kansas City Metro office to join a dynamic team focused on modernizing technology and transforming business processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, testing and ensure quality deliverables for their internal systems. The Business Analyst will work closely with development (technical) resources and stakeholders to design solutions, conduct User Acceptance Testing, and assist in the rollout of new technology solutions. Ideal candidates will have at least 2-3 years or more of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for process improvement.
Experience in the Financial or Insurance industry is needed. Possessing proficiency in tools like JIRA, SharePoint, and SQL is preferred. This position offers a mix of 2 remote days and three in-office, with a limited travel requirement.
