Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and email accounts, prioritizing communications and coordinating across global time zones
- Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors and inbound calls
- Support HR efforts by screening resumes, assisting with onboarding, and processing background checks
- Provide general office management, including supply ordering, filing, and maintaining a tidy workspace
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate internal meetings, company events, and occasional travel logistics
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed
- Cover HR Manager duties during time off, offering an excellent opportunity for learning and growth
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an executive assistant or administrative assistant position is required
- Strong calendar and email management skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Comfortable with direct communication and working independently
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
