Our local KC client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support the owner of a successful holding company. This role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing both professional and personal responsibilities with precision and efficiency. This position requires experience juggling administrative tasks of many forms, excellent interpersonal skills, organization, time management, and a desire to hit the ground running! Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage complex calendars and scheduling, ensuring all commitments are prioritized effectively.
- Handle payments to contractors and vendors, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Monitor and track project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is on schedule.
- Coordinate and organize the owner’s personal schedule, handling all appointments and commitments.
- Arrange and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Manage hiring for rental property services, such as lawn maintenance, housekeeping, and other related needs.
- Plan and coordinate investor meetings, preparing all necessary materials and agendas.
- Organize internal and external meetings, handling logistics and communication.
- Travel to various properties and retail locations to manage tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of high-level Administrative Assistant support
- Proficiency in Google Suite and experience working with Mac systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ambitious, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and initiate new processes.
- Self-motivated and autonomous with the ability to create and execute task lists.
- Exhibit flexibility and dependability around varying tasks and schedules.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
