Organizational Development Manager
Our client, a well-established global leader headquartered in the KC Metro area, is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Manager. This newly created role will play a critical part in designing and executing leadership development programs, supporting a wide range of global operations, and shaping a high-performance culture. Responsibilities:
- Design and lead global employee and leadership development programs across corporate and international operations
- Build and support high-potential and executive leadership initiatives that align with business goals
- Oversee implementation and management of learning management systems and online training platforms
- Conduct skills assessments and create development plans to address workforce capability gaps
- Facilitate leadership conferences and internal training sessions as needed
- Lead succession planning initiatives using tools such as the 9-box grid to develop future leaders
- Promote a positive and engaged workplace culture through strategic development programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish Centers of Excellence and share best practices across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or related field required
- Experience with succession planning, employee engagement, and performance management strategies
- 10 years of experience in organizational development, with specific experience leading teams
- Proven success creating and implementing OD programs that drive business results
- Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization
- Comfortable leveraging data to assess needs and measure outcomes
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and learning management systems
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
