Pricing Analyst
The Pricing Analyst will be instrumental in developing and executing pricing strategies that align with business objectives and adapt to market dynamics. This role involves crafting and implementing strategic pricing approaches, supporting key customer proposal processes, providing critical insights into pricing data, and driving the shift toward a value-focused, market-responsive pricing culture.
Responsibilities:
- Pricing Operations: Oversee end-to-end strategic pricing processes, including strategy creation, price setting, process governance, and tool management to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Pricing Foundation Support: Drive the growth and maintenance of pricing science, data models, and analytical tools to enhance the strategic pricing foundation.
- Customer Proposals: Lead the pricing component of mid-to-large customer proposals, incorporating market dynamics and value-based pricing principles to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Inform and influence stakeholders on pricing strategies, economic value assessments, and market trends through detailed analysis and strategic communication.
- Change Management: Support company-wide change management initiatives as we shift toward a value-focused pricing culture, encouraging alignment across teams and functions.
- Problem Solving: Address moderately complex issues independently, escalating more complex challenges when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a related role, ideally within pricing or data analysis.
Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
