Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to design strategies that engage potential leads and effectively guide them through the sales funnel.
- Partner with the Marketing Coordinator to create and execute nurturing campaigns via email, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Qualify incoming leads and determine their potential value.
- Develop and manage a lead scoring system to prioritize high-qualifying leads for the sales team.
- Interact with current and potential customers to foster trust and strengthen relationships.
- Conduct follow-up calls with existing and past customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to add value.
- Craft personalized follow-ups and introductory videos using the Covideo platform.
- Edit both long-form and short-form videos for internal and external purposes.
- Assist in creating video content for customer nurturing and brand promotion.
- Identify and explore new avenues for generating leads.
Experience
- Must have experience and comfortable being on camera to create professional and engaging content
- Strong sales acumen and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in email marketing, video platforms (e.g., Covideo), and social media channels.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence and adaptability, even in unfamiliar situations.
