Position Details:

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Knowledgeable in sales and customer service approaches
- Conscientious, driven, and eager to learn and improve upon skills
- A team player that enjoys working closely with fellow sales associates and management
- Knowledge of jewelry products and services helpful but not required
- Commissioned sales experience helpful but not required
- Looking for a candidate with an open availability. We are open Monday - Thursday 9am - 9pm, Friday and Saturday 9am - 10pm, Sunday 11am - 6pm and we need someone that can work anytime during those hours.
Education and Experience:
- One-two years of sales and/or customer service experience
- High school diploma/GED
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting jewelry and answering inquiries.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Stock and organize merchandise to ensure an appealing display.
- Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers and promote sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours, especially evenings and weekends.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
