Ideal candidates will have strong M&A skills, including experience with : Drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents,Managing deal processes and client relationships,Supervising junior associates, andHandling day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters for clients with sophisticated needs.A high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school is required. EOE.Compensation : The expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000.
