We’re Hiring! We are a small but fast-paced insurance agency seeking an experienced and service-driven Benefits Insurance Account Manager. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and has a passion for employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities· Manage and service a book of group benefits accounts (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.).
· Handle renewals, enrollments, changes, and day-to-day client service needs with professionalism and accuracy.
· Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
· Coordinate with producers and underwriters to provide comprehensive benefits solutions.
· Educate clients on benefit plan options, compliance requirements, and wellness initiatives.
· Stay informed on industry changes, compliance updates, and market trends.
What We’re Looking For· 2 years of experience in employee benefits account management.
· Active Life & Health insurance license.
· Strong knowledge of group benefits products and services.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in agency management systems (Applied Epic or similar a plus).
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
