Diagnostic Imaging Professional - ECHO/Vascular

Morgan Medical Center seeks a skilled and dedicated Echo/Vascular Technician to enhance our Imaging team. This technician will perform a variety of duties, including conducting high-quality echocardiograms and vascular studies for patients. They will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Job Description

• Conduct thorough echocardiograms and vascular studies in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and create a comfortable experience during exams.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver seamless patient care.
• Guarantee the optimal functioning of equipment through regular maintenance and calibration.
• Document patient information accurately in the hospital's EMR system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Echo/Vascular Technician program.
• Certification in Cardiac Ultrasound (RDCS) or Vascular Ultrasound (RVT) preferred.
• Background in performing echocardiography and vascular diagnostics within a clinical or hospital setting.
• In-depth understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and ultrasound principles.
• Capacity to work effectively as a team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and patient-centric care skills.
