Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed echocardiograms and vascular studies efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and foster a comfortable atmosphere during exams.
- Coordinate efforts with healthcare teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to guarantee its optimal performance.
- Accurately record and document patient information in the hospital's electronic medical records system.
Minimum Requirements
- Hold a certificate or degree from an accredited Echo/Vascular Technician program.
- Cardiac Ultrasound (RDCS) or Vascular Ultrasound (RVT) certification preferred.
- Prior experience in echocardiography and vascular diagnostics within a clinical or hospital setting.
- Thorough understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and ultrasound principles.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Superb interpersonal and patient-centric care skills.
