Summary
Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced attorney with a background in Veteran Affairs to join its growing practice. The Veteran Affairs Attorney will handle a heavy case load and must have at least 2 years of Veteran Affair's experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume case load with adequate communication with each client
- Communicate with the VA as necessary
- Review VA Claims files, identify and record relevant information crucial to VA claims
- Represent claimants at VA appeals
- Properly delegating work and responsibilities between a team of case staff
Qualification
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
- Minimum 2 years of VA experience
- Ability to manage high volume of cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
