This is an in-office position 4 days a week in our Brooklyn office.ResponsibilitiesA Senior Product Manager’s duties are to define the vision and roadmap of the product line and lead a team to ensure successful execution. You will be responsible for delivery of key product initiatives, determining capacity of the team and balancing workloads, and setting the metrics for success. This role requires someone who can communicate complicated solutions clearly, simplify problems into action steps, and lead teams with charisma and grace. Successful candidates will be responsible for areas including but not limited to the following : Set the strategy and roadmap for product efforts across one of our core product areasDevelop and execute plans to ensure adoption of products and featuresLeading a team and managing their project pipelineDelivering products and features efficiently and executing your visionMeasuring the success of the product clearly and iterating quickly and effectivelyQualifications6 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical roleJira experience (or similar) - Comfortable with working in a Jira / Agile environmentExceptional interpersonal and teamwork skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced organizationFlexibility and adaptability to rapid changeNice to Have : Exposure to the legal industry and technology in law firms a plusExperience managing a team of direct reportsScrum / Agile certifications a plusSalesforce experience a plusSalary Range : $150,000 — $175,000 USDBenefitsMorgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
