A vibrant, orthodontic private practice is looking for an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator. Do you have excellent interpersonal & organizational skills, ability to communicate technical & financial information effectively, and are comfortable with sales? This is the job for you!
The ideal candidate must be proficient with office computer programs, have excellent verbal and written communication, telephone, and customer service skills. The ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented in a fast paced environment is a must! This team member will be responsible for all aspects of a new patient consultation from taking photos and x-rays, communicating treatment plans and financial options, coordinating care across dental specialists, and following up with recalls. This position requires professionalism and ability to comfortably discuss treatment & financial arrangements, while being sensitive to individual needs of the patient.
