Responsibilities

- Perform various medical procedures, including specimen collection processing and airway management.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and provide health coaching to families.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Manage acute and chronic illnesses in pediatric patients.
- Document patient progress accurately in eClinicalWorks systems and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in pediatric care.
Skills
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems for efficient patient documentation.
- Experience in specimen collection processing to ensure accurate laboratory results.
- Ability to provide effective health coaching to empower families in managing their children's health needs.
