About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Apartment Systems Technician to join our property management team at Morgan Properties. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various systems in our apartment complexes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general appliances in apartment complexes.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with residents, office staff, and other stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and a personal vehicle.
- One-year related experience or equivalent education and experience.
- HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
