Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our apartment communities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of maintenance and upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct a team of maintenance technicians to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of maintenance requests.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Conduct regular inspections of community buildings and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with office staff to resolve resident concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory levels.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
