Essential Duties:
HR Data Management & Governance
- Maintain and optimize HR data systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR platforms (HRIS, employee surveys, performance records, etc.).
- Build and manage HR data warehouses, reports, and ad hoc analyses to support leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and IT to ensure compliance with data privacy standards and governance policies.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and other analytics tools to track key HR metrics such as turnover, retention, headcount, compensation, and diversity.
- Provide guidance on data visualization techniques and analytics dashboard design, ensuring effective communication of HR insights.
- Support and train internal users, helping them leverage reporting tools for better data-driven decisions.
- Conduct workforce trend analyses to identify risks related to turnover, talent shortages, and workforce planning.
- Utilize predictive modeling techniques to support HR initiatives, enabling proactive decision-making.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in data analysis, HR technology, and Microsoft Fabric to continuously enhance HR analytics capabilities.
- Leverage data insights to recommend improvements in HR processes, including benefits optimization, employee engagement strategies, workforce planning, and compensation structures.
- Identify efficiencies in HR operations by analyzing patterns and trends, supporting automation and strategic enhancements.
- Act as a backup for the HRIS Manager, assisting with system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless HR technology operations.
- Document reporting issues and enhancement requirements, ensuring HR technology aligns with business needs.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for HR data visualization and reporting.
Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications such as SHRM or PHR are a plus).
- 2–4 years of experience in HR data analytics, HRIS management, or a related role, with a focus on workforce analytics, talent management, or employee engagement analytics.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred), including data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Advanced expertise in Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence.
- Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, or R for data mapping, automation, and analysis.
- Experience designing and maintaining scripts and queries across multiple systems.
- Knowledge of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics techniques.
- Ability to develop metrics, self-service tools, and analyses to improve efficiency and risk management.
- Experience in trend analysis, correlation analysis, regression, and predictive modeling for HR decision-making.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and KPIs related to recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with labor law compliance reporting (e.g., EEO, OFCCP, GDPR) is a plus.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
