Responsibilities:
Manage, develop, and mentor the maintenance team in diagnosing problems and making repairs.
Provide expert knowledge and troubleshooting in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structure, and appliance repair.
Establish and prepare a 24-hour on-call schedule for your team and be personally available during snow, ice, or other emergencies.
Manage and organize inventory of all maintenance materials.
