Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot service issues related to HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Inspect and maintain both interior and exterior property areas to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Respond to maintenance requests and provide updates to residents and office staff on the status of work.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, requiring flexibility with night and weekend shifts.
