Senior Maintenance Technician Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting service issues, including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. You will also ensure that both the interior and exterior of our properties meet company standards and applicable laws.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and extend the lifespan of our assets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving
- Work in an on-call rotation that requires flexibility, including night and weekend shifts
