About the Role
We are seeking a hard-working and customer service-minded individual with prior apartment maintenance experience to fill the position of Maintenance Technician at our properties. As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
- Ensuring that both the interior and exterior of the property meet company standards and applicable laws.
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- FOLLOWING UP WITH RESIDENTS AND OFFICE STAFF ON THE STATUS OF WORK.
- Working in an on-call rotation that requires flexibility, including nights and weekends.
