Multi-Skilled Maintenance Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced maintenance technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues at our properties, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and small appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of appliances, fixtures, and equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
\
• Work with the maintenance team to ensure that all properties meet company standards and applicable laws.
\
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and office staff, responding to maintenance requests and following up as needed.

• Collaborate with the maintenance and office teams to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for our residents.

• Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities and costs.

Requirements

\
\
• 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; HVAC certification and/or Boilers License required.
\
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with residents, office staff, and other stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
\
• Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and carrying tools and equipment.
\
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
