Job Overview
\We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced maintenance technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues at our properties, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and small appliance repair.
\Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of appliances, fixtures, and equipment. \
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner. \
- Work with the maintenance team to ensure that all properties meet company standards and applicable laws. \
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and office staff, responding to maintenance requests and following up as needed. \
- Collaborate with the maintenance and office teams to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for our residents. \
- Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities and costs. \\/ul>\
- 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; HVAC certification and/or Boilers License required. \
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with residents, office staff, and other stakeholders. \
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. \
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and carrying tools and equipment. \
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. \\/ul>\
