Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and repair service issues in a timely manner
* Work with the maintenance and office team to provide excellent customer service
* Respond to maintenance tickets and follow up with residents and office staff
* Participate in an on-call rotation requiring nights and weekend flexibility
Requirements:
* Three to five years or more related experience and/or training
* HVAC certification and/or Boilers License required
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
