Pay : $20.00 to $24.00 / hour

What you will be doing :

We are currently looking for a committed and customer service minded individual with minimum 2 years of prior apartment maintenance experience to fulfill a Maintenance Technician need at our properties. As a M aintenance T echnician at Morgan Properties , you will :

Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including , but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
Ensure that both the inside and the exterior of the property meet both company standards and applicable laws.
R espond to maintenance tickets .
F ollow-up with residents and the office staff on status of work
W ork in an on-call rotation that will require nights and weekend flexibilit y.

What we’ll expect from you :

Must have a Valid drivers’ license , good driving record , personal vehicle and auto insurance .

Live within a 30-minute commute of the property;

Stellar Communication and Customer Service skills.

One or more years' experienc e in all facets of apartment maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and small appliance repair .

High school diploma or general education degree (GED ) .

Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen .

HVAC / EPA / CFC Certification and / or Boiler’s License preferred.

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
