Pay : $20.00 to $24.00 / hour
What you will be doing :
We are currently looking for a committed and customer service minded individual with minimum 2 years of prior apartment maintenance experience to fulfill a Maintenance Technician need at our properties. As a M aintenance T echnician at Morgan Properties , you will :
- Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including , but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
- Ensure that both the inside and the exterior of the property meet both company standards and applicable laws.
- R espond to maintenance tickets .
- F ollow-up with residents and the office staff on status of work
- W ork in an on-call rotation that will require nights and weekend flexibilit y.
