Job Summary
This full-time position involves administering medications to residents under the supervision of Nursing Management and/or designee, as well as providing assistance and/or supervision in the areas of medication administration, personal hygiene, meals, and activities of daily living.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe and effective administration of medications.
- Provide exceptional care and support to our elderly population.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current, active CNA & CMT License in the state of RI - be willing to work as a CNA or CMT according to staffing needs.
- Medical Terminology, First Aid, CPR, Diabetic training, and experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Department of Human Services approved Medication Administration certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
