FOOD SERVICES TEAM MEMBER (SEASONAL)
Location: Morgan’s Wonderland, Morgan’s Inspiration Island
Division/Department: Food and Beverage
Reports to: Assistant General Manager
Job Summary
Greet guests and assist with the selling of food and merchandise at Morgan’s Wonderland. This position is directly responsible for food preparation where needed, and the cleanliness of the facilities to meet and exceed the food health regulation standards.
Essential Functions
- Greet and interact with guests as needed.
- Maximize the use of (MW) property for profitability as well as community service while preserving the quality, safety and theme of the park.
- Responsible for stock and restock of service stations with items such as ice, napkins, and straws etc.
- Maintain communication with management and in order to inform them of potential situations that may have an effect on the park in general.
- Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients (where applied) and that guidelines such as those for special diets are followed.
- Clean and sterilize kitchen utensils, equipment, and facilities
- Must be able to work in fast paced conditions at times
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education / Training:
Education / Training:
- High school student/ High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have excellent verbal skills
- Must have cash handing skills
- Previous knowledge of working in a commercial kitchen is a plus

- Self – driven with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships in a diverse community
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work with special needs individuals in a learning environment
- Ability to operate commercial fryer.

- Shifts vary day and evening.
- Available any day of week, specifically weekends
- Must be able to work during the holiday seasons
- Seasonal/ hourly position
- Given hours are subject to change
- Must have reliable form of transportation
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds or more.
