Responsibilities
- To construct/maintain/replace 400kv overhead electrical networks
- To carryout, continuously review and brief your team on hazards and risks associated with each project.
- To complete required documentation.
- To lead by example and motivate your team to safely undertake work.
- To ensure that all work is carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with Company procedures
- Install and construct overhead electricity networks to relevant construction standards and exacting quality standards.
- To interact with members of the public in a polite and courteous manner.
You will have previous experience as a Charge hand or Supervisor and meet the following criteria:
- Experience assembling and erecting OHL towers
- Experience in reconductoring twin to twin and quad to triple transmission lines
- Minimum 5 years experience on transmission projects
- Current NG authorisations including NSI 4 competent persons
- Full UK driving licence
