Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with the research teams to understand investment debates and translate into market research objectives
- Apply research and data analysis techniques to develop hypotheses, analyze study results and uncover findings
- Present findings in a clear and concise way and collaborate with team members to weave insights and implications into analyst publications
- Mine other primary and secondary market research data and collaborate with counterparts to enhance studies and publications
- Stay current with industry and macroeconomic trends impacting markets under coverage
- Bachelor's degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, etc.) is a plus
- Strong accounting background and solid modeling skill is preferred
- Diligent, responsible and attention to details
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
