">Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Vice President, Incident Response in Alpharetta, Georgia.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing functional and departmental strategies to achieve key business objectives related to cybersecurity and risk management.
">This includes partnering with silos within Cyber Data Risk & Resilience on policy compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and guidelines set forth by federal and local laws.
">The selected individual will report security metrics to executives on a monthly basis, assist with security guild programs to accelerate cloud adoption, and conduct risk assessments, identification, and mitigation activities for new mergers and acquisitions as well as divestitures.
">Additionally, they will assist business and application teams throughout the SecDesign review process, review risk registers for wealth management risks, and be responsible for mitigation efforts for critical risks and high risks.
">The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, along with three years of experience in the position offered or equivalent experience as a Principal Software Engineer; Security Analyst; or related occupation in the technology field.
">The employer will also consider a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, combined with five years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer; Security Analyst; or related occupation in the technology field, in lieu of a Master's degree and three years of experience.
">The qualified candidate should have at least three years of experience in assessing and mitigating risks, creating compliance metrics for reporting, implementing cryptography solutions, designing and implementing SIEM or vulnerability management solutions, access management mechanisms, data center design, engineering, and networking, Application Security Testing, Threat Modeling, Secure Software Development Practices, and Incident Management, Information Security, or Data Privacy.
