Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association (“MSPBNA”) offers banking and credit products and services, including securities-based lending, mortgage loans and home equity lines of credit primarily to Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s high net worth clients.
MSPBNA is seeking a high potential candidate for the position of Mortgage Consultant Manager, reporting to the Head of Mortgage Consultants.
Note: This role is a Hybrid schedule requiring 3 days in office
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily performance and productivity of regional team of Mortgage Consultants
• Assist in recruitment, hiring and training of new Mortgage Consultants.
• Identify operational inefficiencies that arise as part of the team dynamic and suggest process improvements.
• Balance team workload and scheduling.
• Function as the escalation point for issues involving Private Bankers and Financial Advisors.
• Oversee lead management for pipeline of new loan referrals.
• Conduct call monitoring to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations and overall quality of the application.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Recognize and reward top performers.
• Conduct one on one performance reviews, initiate development plans.
• Develop and test procedures impacting the application process and sales interactions.
