Entry-level position, processing steel product throughout various departments in the warehouse.
Assist on the warehouse as needed or assigned.
Responsible for maintaining safe clean and organized workstation as specified by your supervisor.
Must be able to read tape measure, color coding system, and blueprints to the extent needed to identify, organize, and label different customer products.
Communicate with co-workers and supervisors to receive instructions and coordinate activities.
Report any abnormalities of the machines to the maintenance department.
Report any abnormalities of the products to the immediate supervisors.
Be able to maintain any tools or equipment in good working conditions.
Use of your PPE and attention to safety policies at all times
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment safely and effectively.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic computer and math skills.
Must have reliable transportation.
Physical requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Must be able to lift up to 25/50/70lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments.
