🔹 What You’ll Do:
✔️ Operate and program Miller Robotic Welding Systems for structural and custom steel fabrication.
✔️ Ensure high-quality welds through proper settings, torch positioning, and material handling.
✔️ Conduct inspections to verify weld integrity and make necessary adjustments.
✔️ Perform routine maintenance on welding robots and troubleshoot issues as needed.
✔️ Collaborate with the production team to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience with Miller Robotic Welding Systems or similar automated welding systems.
✅ Strong understanding of weld symbols, blueprints, and metal fabrication.
✅ Ability to adjust parameters for different materials and thicknesses.
✅ Attention to detail and commitment to safety & quality standards.
✅ Welding certification (preferred but not required).
