Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of day-to-day operations of the home care agency.
- Ensuring compliance with all state regulations and agency standards.
- Management of human resources activities, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Handling scheduling and billing for various HCBS Medicaid waiver programs in New Jersey.
- Building and maintaining relationships with institutional and community-based organizations.
- Participation in developing and analyzing marketing strategies to promote agency services.
- Liaison between the agency and state/private organizations.
- Development, implementation, and supervision of policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
- Oversight of client scheduling and delivery of high-quality care.
- Conducting regular staff meetings to ensure efficient communication and operations.
- Submission and monitoring of the agency's annual operating budget.
- Conducting performance appraisals for management personnel.
- Recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of qualified employees in accordance with agency needs.
- Ensuring ongoing in-service training for staff to improve efficiency and client care.
