Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 15 years of human resources leadership experience, including 5 years in a senior executive role within public accounting, a law firm, or a wealth office.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement innovative HR programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Expertise in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience managing HR budgets.
- Demonstrated success in workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Experience leading HR technology implementations and data analytics initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of building and leading successful HR teams.
