Location: Monrovia, CA
Schedule: Third Shift (Tuesday - Saturday, 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
Pay Rate: $31.50 per hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled Histotechnologists to join our team in Monrovia, CA. This role involves performing complex medical laboratory tests that aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. The position operates during third shift hours and offers a clear path to a permanent role, along with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed analysis of laboratory findings to verify accuracy.
- Analyze biological material samples for chemical content or reaction.
- Monitor clinical trials for research organizations or internal studies.
- Assist in cultivating, isolating, and identifying microbial organisms; conduct tests on microorganisms.
- Support clinical trials of pharmaceuticals as needed.
- Accurately enter and store analysis results and clinical data using computer systems.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain advanced lab equipment such as spectrophotometers, calorimeters, flame photometers, and analyzers.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of diagnostic techniques and treatments for injuries and diseases.

Education and Experience:
- Required: Associate's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- 0-2 years of laboratory experience.
