We are actively seeking compassionate individuals to care for their elderly or disabled family members or loved ones through our agency in the following counties :
About Us
Our agency is enrolled in the Family Caregiver Program under the MI Choice Waiver Program and other Medicaid-supported initiatives. These programs enable family members to provide care for their loved ones while receiving support and compensation for their efforts. They are specifically designed to help individuals remain at home and in their communities while receiving high-quality, personalized care.
Position Overview
As a caregiver, you will provide essential support to your loved one to enhance their quality of life. Duties may include :
Assisting with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Medication reminders
Providing companionship and emotional support
Escorting to appointments and community activities
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking :
Individuals currently caring for an elderly or disabled loved one at home.
Compassionate, reliable, and patient caregivers.
Caregivers who meet the eligibility requirements for the MI Choice Waiver Program or other relevant Medicaid waiver programs.
Requirements
The caregiver and their family member / loved one must reside in Michigan.
The family member or loved one receiving care must have Medicaid to qualify.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
At this time, we are not hiring for traditional caregivers.

Important Notes
Spouses cannot serve as caregivers for their spouses under this program.
Parents cannot provide care for their children unless the child has autism and qualifies under a separate waiver program, depending on their spectrum placement.
