Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (Remote)

Earning Potential: $100,000 - $200,000 (Base & Commission)

Eligible Candidates must live within 100 miles of Myrtle Beach.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with residential contractors, builders, and homeowners.
• Identify and qualify prospective customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.
• Conduct professional presentations of products and services to prospects and clients.
• Project-manage job sites to ensure construction aligns with company specifications and code requirements.
• Provide customers with updates on product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
• Represent the company effectively at industry conferences and trade shows, as applicable.
• Update and maintain customer account records in a CRM system for future sales opportunities.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports and maintain accurate expense accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
  • CRM software
  • Salesforce
  • Negotiation
  • Technical sales
• Ability to relocate to Galveston, TX, with a relocation package provided.
• Willingness to travel 100%.
• Strong project management and presentation skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Pay: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
Compensation Package: Bonus opportunities and commission pay
