Automotive Painter Role
Morgan Truck Body LLC is a leading manufacturer of truck bodies, celebrating 70 years in business. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Painter to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for painting and preparing trucks to customer specifications at a high level of skill and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Painting full bodies, chassis and cabs, trailers, and tractors
- Operating tools such as cup guns, pressure pots, plural systems, and airless sprayers
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders
- Setting up and performing preventative maintenance on tools and machines
- Conducting safety and quality checks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Basic math skills, tape measurement, and computer proficiency
- Experience with paint tools and ability to read and interpret blueprints
