Automotive Painter - 2nd Shift
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paint application and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Job
The Automotive Painter is responsible for painting and preparing trucks to customer specifications at a high level of skill and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paint all types of vehicles, including full bodies, chassis and cabs, trailers and tractors.
- Operate various tools, including cup guns, pressure pots, plural systems and airless sprayers.
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
- Perform safety and quality checks.
Requirements:
- Basic math skills and computer literacy.
- Basic experience with paint tools.
- Able to understand and comprehend measurement.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints for special applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing.
- Previous experience working on truck bodies.
