About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Morgan Truck Body LLC. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and conducting quality control checks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting and testing equipment, replacing worn-out parts, and cleaning machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment using electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems knowledge
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all equipment meets safety and performance standards
- Operate complex heavy equipment, such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and overhead cranes
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a maintenance department associated with a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge: Electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license
