Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and optimize productivity
- Repair and replace components as needed, following established safety protocols and procedures
- Monitor and control inventory levels of spare parts and supplies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive business results
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment safely
