Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Reinholds, PA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all units manufactured meet sales agreements, engineering drawings, standards, and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and Ensure Quality Standards: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all units meet sales agreements, engineering drawings, standards, and specifications.
- Collaborate with Production Team: Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff knowledge and skills, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company safety regulations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate Effectively: Foster strong relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners through clear, concise communication and active listening.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in a quality control/quality assurance position (preferably 3 years in a manufacturing or quality assurance environment)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office
