Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager/Marketing professional to join our team at our tutoring center. This in-person role is responsible for managing staff, overseeing scheduling, maintaining office supplies, and supporting project management efforts. The Office Manager/Marketing will also handle social media marketing and other promotional activities, and attend meetings as required to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the tutoring center staff to ensure efficient operations
- Coordinate and optimize tutor and student schedules
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and manage ordering
- Assist with project management tasks to ensure timely completion
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns and other promotional activities
- Attend meetings as required to discuss operations and improvements
Requirements:
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Marketing experience, including social media marketing (required)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Must be available to work in-person at the tutoring center
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing and office management
