LITIGATION ATTORNEY - needed by successful regional law firm
Requirements:
-4-5 years of experience with commercial and business related litigation
-Excellent research and writing skills
-Experience drafting pleadings, motions,, briefs and all related documentation
-Strong communication and client service ability
-Ability to work independently in diverse areas of litigation
