Morgan Wood Products is a leader in the wooden pallet wholesale business. We are located in Powell, OH. We have been in business since 2002 and our company continues to grow each year. We sell our products to Fortune 500 companies, as well as family owned manufacturers across the U.S. Our products are used to transport many of the items that can be found in retail stores.
- We are seeking an administrative candidate that will perform the day to day tasks of running a busy productive office.
- These include, using QuickBooks to produce Purchase Orders and Acknowledgements and communicating those with our vendors and customers.
- Assist accounting department with daily tasks. Using Netsuite and knowledge of Netsuite is a plus.
- Answering phone calls and producing trucking agreements.
- E-mailing, faxing, data entry, etc. Other assignments assigned by manager.
- 2 or 4 year degree in Administrative field
- Excellent attention to detail
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or Office Manager
- Prior working knowledge of Quickbooks and Netsuite
- Position is in office 8-5 in Powell, OH
