Job Responsibilities:
The Field Equipment Service Technician will be responsible for providing prompt and clear communication to our customers and management. This includes documenting and verifying all activity required by the company, including call closure process, thorough and accurate work performed details, completeness of invoice, and signature of all required documents from the customer.
You will also be responsible for maintaining spare parts and equipment levels and reordering within replenishment guidelines. Additionally, you will participate in the planning, scheduling, and execution of equipment installations and provide customer feedback/requests to management or inter-departments.
We are seeking an individual who is able to follow outlined service level agreements for customer programs and manage and prioritize tasks to meet expectations. If you are a detail-oriented and organized professional with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
